As a manufacturer of mobile homes with many years of experience, we create spaces that combine the comfort of traditional construction with the flexibility of mobile solutions. We have prepared several models of mobile homes with areas ranging from 22.5 m² to 52.5 m². After selecting a model of interest, you can customize the ready room layout and learn the full specification. We also carry out projects according to individual needs - the maximum dimensions of a house are 13.1 m in length, 5.0 m in width, and 4.0 m in height. Each mobile home leaving our production hall is fully finished and ready to move in. As a manufacturer of mobile homes, we guarantee a fixed price throughout the entire project duration and payment in convenient installments.

The beginnings of our business date back to the early 21st century, when our Father founded a traditional construction company. Over all these years, we have completed over 200 summer houses, finishing with houses and hotels. Mobile homes are our newest development path, so we strive to meet exactly your expectations.

Can you live in a mobile home all year round?

Yes, all our mobile homes provide comfortable living conditions throughout the year. Each home is equipped with effective insulation made of pressed wool in the walls (10 cm), roof (15 cm), and floor (10 cm). If you are interested in a year-round home, the insulation in the floor and walls can be extended to 15 cm, ensuring full protection against adverse weather conditions.

Do I need a building permit for a mobile home?

Building permits are not required for mobile homes with an area not exceeding 70 m2. However, certain formalities must be fulfilled, including submitting a notification of the intention to place the home to the appropriate District Office (Starostwo Powiatowe). The mobile home must be a free-standing, single-story building, and only one such building is allowed per 500 m2 of the plot.

On what type of plot can I place a mobile home?

According to current regulations, you can place a mobile home on an agricultural, forest, or recreational plot. However, it is important to check the rules set out in the local spatial development plans for the area. If the local plan does not include your plot, it may be necessary to apply for a decision on building conditions.

Is renting out mobile homes profitable?

In recent years, small accommodations, including mobile homes, have been gaining increasing interest. Large, luxury hotels are losing popularity in favor of intimate and more welcoming places. If you own a mobile home or are considering investing in this form of accommodation, it is worth considering renting it out - this could be a very profitable solution.

What does the ordering process look like and how long does implementation take?

After selecting the model and materials, we sign a contract and begin production in our facility. Payment is made in installments upon completion of each stage of construction. The price remains fixed throughout the entire implementation period. The average construction time is 1 to 3 months depending on the model. Transport up to 50 km from us is free - we handle all logistics and unloading.
